At NewBuddy, we believe the experience shouldn’t end at checkout. That’s why we’re committed to delivering your orders swiftly, securely, and with full transparency.

📦 Domestic Shipping (India)

  • We currently ship only within India.

 

  • All orders are shipped via reliable partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, and DTDC to ensure timely and safe delivery.

⏱ Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48–72 hours of purchase.

 

  • Processing time may be slightly extended during sales, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping across India.

 
  • International shipping (when available) is charged at a flat rate of ₹1600/- (subject to location-specific variations).

📍 Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Once dispatched, deliveries usually take 7-10 business days depending on your location.

 
  • Please note, remote or less accessible areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

📫 Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be shared via email as soon as your order ships.


  • You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking ID.

⚠ Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is stolen, reach out to our team immediately at contact@newbuddy.in

  • For damaged items, please share supporting images or videos for assessment. If validated, we’ll issue a replacement (based on availability) once the damaged product is returned.

🚫 Shipping Limitations

  • In rare cases where your pin code is non-serviceable by our delivery partners, we’ll ship via India Speed Post (prepaid only).

 
  • Cash-on-delivery is not available in non-serviceable zones.

🔁 Size Exchanges

  • Please ensure correct size selection at the time of purchase. Our sizing guide is available on all product pages.
  • If you’d like to exchange due to size issues:
  • A replacement will be arranged after product return.
  • A nominal ₹150/- fee per item applies to cover reverse logistics and handling.
  • Note: International orders are not eligible for return/exchange due to shipping constraints.

📌 Important Conditions

Incorrect Address/Details

    • NewBuddy is not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses or contact information provided at checkout.

    • If a parcel is returned to us, the customer must pay a ₹150/- re-shipping fee per item for re-dispatch.

 

Delivery Attempts

    • Customers are responsible for receiving orders within the courier’s set attempt limits. If a delivery fails, the customer will need to bear the ₹200/- re-shipping fee per item.

 

International Customs Disclaimer


    • For international orders, NewBuddy is not responsible for items seized, delayed, or held by customs authorities in the customer’s country.
